Guillermo, great job on creating a routine that supports your health and well-being. When I observe a large group of people, I often wonder why we look so different in terms of weight. Do you believe humans all possess the ability to reach a target weight, or are there conditions that predispose them to a higher body mass index (BMI)? How could your interested classmates adopt a routine similar to yours, and what macromolecules will they need to support this? Yes Dr Elvidge, my interested classmates could adopt a routine like mine by allowing themselves the quiet time they need to create a realistic plan. For example, mothers would have a perfect opportunity to do this early in the morning before anyone wakes up and before sunup, But in order to do this, they would have to go to bed early so in turn they would have to put the children in bed early as well so this would be a team effort for mothers, starting the bed routine for them should start at around 6 or 7 pm, 8 PM the latest so that everyone is asleep by 9pm. Mom would of had 7 hours of sleep by wakeup time. That's where it starts. This is the foundation. and what macromolecules will they need to support this? For brain rejuvenation, one macromolecule they will need is platelet factor four (PF4) which is a protein that is released by platelets in the blood. Platelet factor four (PF4) is a macromolecule and is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family that is released from alpha-granules of activated platelets during platelet aggregation 1. It has a molecular weight of approximately 8.3 kDa 2.PF4 may act on the brain indirectly via a messenger or by binding to proteins on blood-vessel surfaces1. PF4 may also stimulate the growth of new nerve cells in the hippocampus, a brain region involved in memory. For good mental health sleep is the foundation to everything else. Without the central command post of the body working properly nothing else will work properly. So, this is the first habit to establish. Learn to sleep well.
