  The most compelling topic that I learned in this course was that interestingly enough, Carl Marx was inspired by Charles Darwin the evolution theorist founder. It complimented "Conflict theory" ideology. Interesting how the name itself says so much, "Conflict" theory. Why couldn't the name have been something else, theory?  It has to be conflict. Because in these "Theories" The elimination of intelligent design or designer is the purpose and He is completely eliminated, and theology is nonexistent in these theories. Therefore, these theories naturally stem from a dead, dark and evil source.  Besides, I don't see any conflict with an industrious, ambitious, intrapreneur giving the poor an opportunity to earn a living by giving him a wage to do a job. Now if the worker is not happy with the wage, then he can become an industrious, ambitious, intrapreneur himself. That's what's so great about our country that's why my family came here

I've witnessed the most amazing experience. When I'm "feeling" my feelings. I go out and find someone to tell them about Jesus Christ and what happens next is amazing. The Lord fills me to the brim with peace joy and love and I'm walking on air after. TRY IT! I can't get enough, I want more! I am currently working out my role conflicts by stepping back and regrouping. I had to step back from my role as a janitor at a local mental health clinic where I was starting at ground level in the mental health field where I was perusing a career as a Peer Support Specialist. But I had to step away from that particular organization for reasons of role conflict. I had been harassed by my supervisor for a couple of months because of my faith in Jesus Christ. It reached a point where he asked me how I was going to manage my faith and my career as a P.S.S because my faith was "Taboo" in the field. So, I had to quit the job as a janitor at that mental health clinic. Because I figured that it was not as diverse and inclusive as the organization claimed to be. So, there were some role conflicts there between me being a mentor with a Christian faith foundation that was not allowed to be himself at work.  Case For Demi Lovato. It's not her fault. The "church" taught her "churchianity" religion not relationship with a living resurrected God. Jesus Christ is not a religion He's a person we have a personal relationship with.
